Workshop Leader Mari Lucacinni Mari is an accomplished Art Director and Production Designer with over 15 years of professional experience in the film and TV industry.  She has particular experience and skill in creating period settings for lavish docu dramas.   The Workshop This is an excellent opportunity to learn the essential basics of surveying; all professional Art Directors and Production Designer must know how to survey a location and create floor plans and elevations. Participants will be invited to measure and draw up floor plans of a designated space within Katara.  They will taught basic techniques and top industry tips as well as practical applications for these floor plans and how this relates to set models.  Models of sets will also be available to view and consider.   Items to Bring  A3 Drawing Notepad, a Ruler, Tape Measure (at least 5m in length), Pencil, Eraser etc To reserve your place and register please email education@katara.net or call our Katara Education team on 4408 0233.
