Katara will organize its second festival "Halal Hal Qatar" related to sheep breeding (goats and sheep). This original event reflects the deep vision of katara of the culture concept. The distinctive festival will include activities and events, as well as a display of crafts, traditional foods, pictures, popular games and old songs, shepherds will also participate in the festival to provide explanation on the sheep & goats and their types. Katara is reviving animal trade as an integral part of Qatari culture and heritage through the second Halal Qatar Festival. The ten day Festival will bring to life a rare insight into the sheep and goat industry allowing the public to interact with shepherds and journey into this essential aspect of Qatari tradition. This event also gives the opportunity to promote cultural heritage whilst sharing legacy with the younger Qatari generation, reminding them of the importance of history. This festival contributes once again to the long term vision of Katara to educate, entertain and demonstrate the importance of cultural exchange.
