The soulful voice of Islamic   Katara is delighted to welcome Mishari Al Afasy, the young Kuwaiti Quranic reader and Islamic singer, at the Anasheed Festival in July. With an education background in religion and Quran recital, Mishary’s articulate lyrics and musical talent has made him one of those most recognized voices modern Islamic music and has held concerts all over the globe. His popularity has also allowed him to open two channels on TV, dedicated to Islam and the Quran.
