​​​​​​The 3rd edition of this cultural event is once again organised by the Cultural Village Foundation - Katara in partnership with several embassies including: Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland in Doha in partnership with the Cultural Village Foundation - Katara and the Qatar Music Academy. These participating embassies joined forces to present to the Qatari audience some of the finest representatives of European Jazz music - a highly regarded form of art that has captured global audiences since the early 20th century. Katara European Jazz Festival was the first International Jazz Festival in Doha that took place in fall 2014. Each embassy brings to Doha one jazz group representing its country. The event held at Cultural Village Foundation - Katara consists of various evening events performed by the Jazz musicians as well as several workshops at Qatar Music Academy with local music students. Katara European Jazz Festival is organized by the Cultural Village Foundation - Katara and nine European embassies with the support of Qatar Airways, “Official Airline” for the event, Qatar Music Academy, Fnac Qatar (Darwish Holding).​ Download full program​
