Origami is a Japanese Art يتمثّل in the folding of the leaves, an activity which is fun واستراخاء and يتطلّب only some of the leaves. The تبيّن that this activity helps كثيراً to relax and focus, and coherence between the hand and the eye and the strengthening of the memory.
