Hosted at Katara, “Written in Italy”was an itinerant book fair that represented a remarkable homage to the Italian literature showcasingover 500 Italian books translated into more than 40 languages including Arabic, English, French, Japanese, Hindi, German and Dutch among many others. The exhibition was an authentic blast for book lovers, who could find the greatest pieces of the Italian literature in their own language. The exhibition featured works of Dante, Machiavelli, Pirandello and the new generation of outstanding writers including Ammaniti, Camilleri, Eco, Benniand.
